Waiver

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being and for that of any minor or adult person under my supervision and care during the Watson Adventures LLC scavenger hunt. I willingly and knowingly assume for myself, and any person under my supervision and care, all risk of physical injury and emotional upset which may occur during the Watson Adventures LLC game, and I hereby agree to hold Watson Adventures LLC, its officers, employees, agents and/or volunteers harmless from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the game or the participation by anyone under my supervision and care. I agree not to take any action, or permit others under my supervision and care to take any action, that violates the law or puts myself, them, or others at risk. I will honor the rules of locations or websites visited during the game. Watson Adventures LLC disclaims liability for the use of Zoom or any other communication platform.
