New Game for How to Train Your Dragon Fans Debuts in July

Find Hidden Dragons at the Met on this GameFive years have gone by since Hiccup single-handedly rewired Vikings’ philosophy on dragons, with the help of his not-so-terrifying Night Fury sidekick, Toothless.

New adventures await the dynamic duo in the recently released movie How to Train Your Dragon 2, involving a mysterious cave in uncharted territory, Hiccup’s lineage revealed, and plenty of Toothless to keep you and your kids entertained.

Fans of the How to Train Your Dragon movies have multiple reasons to rejoice this summer: the dragon trainers here at Watson Adventures have created a scavenger hunt for anyone who just can’t get enough of the fire-breathing, flying serpents.

The new How to Find Your Dragon Scavenger Hunt will have you and your kids scouring the Metropolitan Museum of Art to find and identify dragons hidden in paintings, sculptures, and even musical instruments. Teams will be given a set of descriptions to various dragons, such as the Speckled Forktail, the Black Grangle, and the Large-Mouthed Undertoad, which serve as clues to finding these mythical creatures throughout the museum.A new scavenger hunt for How to Train Your Dragons fan

Imagine: If Fishleg got ahold of this hunt, it would be a dream come true!

No knowledge of dragons or the movie or the museum is required. The How to Find Your Dragon hunt is not a continuation or variation of Hiccup and Toothless’ adventures, rather the movie serves as a springboard to many strange and wonderful works of art.

The hunt debuts on July 5 at 10:30 a.m. You can also get in on the game on July 20 or August 10 at 2 p.m., with additional dates to be announced.
